GPVI will shoot the exterior and interior of home. The photos will capture the natural appearance of the property by using special diffuser lighting (if needed) and professional lenses. Pricing starts at $150 for 30-50 residential photos, and $250 for 80-100 commercial photos. Photos will include HDR bracketed interior & exterior photos using a full-frame EOS Canon Camera with a ultra-wide angle lens.

Note: A fee of $2.50 per additional photo will apply for images taken beyond the allotted shot limit. Pricing includes up to 80 miles round trip; travel beyond this distance will be charged $10 for every additional 10-mile round-trip increment. Clients may receive 50% off a Standard Package photo shoot for each successful referral. To qualify, you must be an active paid customer before the referral program begins, and the referral must book first before the discount is applied. For safety and image-quality reasons, drone photography may be rescheduled if inclement weather—such as rain, snow, or high winds—is anticipated. The total number of photos delivered may be fewer than listed in the package descriptions, depending on factors such as property size, layout, and the specific needs of the client. We do not provide retouching to alter or repair structural or cosmetic issues (including wall cracks, carpet stains, or grass replacement), as such edits may be considered deceptive to potential buyers. All amenities are for Real Estate Agents.

Sam’s aviation knowledge and airport contacts are particularly helpful with working in an area with a Class D airport in the vicinity. Special precautions and permissions are required to fly in areas closer to the airport. No one understands the importance of safe flying practices better than a pilot. And as a pilot, Sam understands and can anticipate local traffic patterns which increases situational awareness and, ultimately, safety.
